Pennard Bungalow offers the following:

• Lounge with TV - Freeview, VCR, DVD player. Door into front garden.

• Bathroom with shower cubicle, corner bath and toilet

• Separate toilet

• Kitchen with fridge, separate freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob. All pots, crockery and utensils.

• Bedroom 1: one double bed, partial sea views.

• Bedroom 2: two single beds, hand-basins and shaver socket.

• Bedroom 3: one single bed, hand-basin.

• A cot and/or single camp-bed is available on request. High-chair also available

• Washing machine, iron and ironing board

• Central heating throughout, with additional electric fire in the lounge

• Private parking for 1 vehicle

• Electricity is included

• Large garden area, with garden furniture and portable barbecue

• Newly built access ramp with hand-rail, leading up from the parking bay to the house -- ideal for guests with impaired mobility.

The bungalow is fully furnished and all bed linen is supplied. You may wish to bring your own towels, although they can be provided at an additional cost (please enquire about this when booking).

Well-behaved dogs can be accommodated, at an additional charge of GBP10 per week.

A post office and Spar shop is located approx. 1 mile away in the adjoining village of Ruan Minor. The larger town of Helston is 10 miles distant and provided a much wider range of shopping options (Tesco, Sainsbury etc).
