How to find us...

The town of Helston can be reached using the A39 and A394 westward from Truro, the B3297 south from Redruth or the A394 eastward from Penzance. From Helston, take the A3083 south (follow signs to The Lizard). Continue south for approximately 8 miles, then take the turn-off on your left to Ruan Minor / Cadgwith. Continue through the village of Ruan Minor and down Barn Hill into Cadgwith. Pass the pub and shops and continue on up the hill. Very soon, you will see a set of granite posts flanking the road and the parking area for Pennard on your left. The house is directly above the parking bay.
